Such an amazing experience with Chef Yehuriz. Chef's professionalism was exquisite from his arrival, he was timely, conspicuous, polite and friendly! He made my fiancé & I a 3 course meal; crab cakes in a corn aioli sauce: which was flaky, moist and full of flavor. A dehydrated bee pollen risotto that was earthy, light and not over powering. A lobster & steak with a side of mash and asparagus that was cooked to perfection. All the flavors had their own identity and Chef really knew how to highlight every ingredient. To conclude our culinary experience, we were served his award winning flan and that it was! Everything was absolutely delicious we needed an extra plate made for my assistant who
